I had the pleasure of breaking bread with friends here, and I was not disappointed. The food and the service were amazing. I have been out of the Chicago area for almost 30 years, so I don't get the same quality of food as I did growing up in the town of Cicero. This restaurant made my time with friends even better. Family means everything to me, and the staff here made it like a family meal. I will be coming back if your Italian the proof is in the name of the restaurant.
The food was really good. It does take about 30 min for the pizza to cook. So I recommend appetizers or order carry out.
Always a treat when I get to savor a delicious Paisan's pizza. Mind you back home in Texas you don't find pizza joints as good as this. On the first day in town we ordered 2 jumbo pepperoni and sausage, well done. The cheese, the sauce, and crust are all delicious. We are taking some back home on the road for sure.
2nd time we come to this specific restaurant. Tried their dragon & sweet BBQ flavored wings, so delicious. Pizza and pasta were also very good. Definitely coming back.
Amazing restaurant. I had heard about this place before and I was shocked at how good the wings were! They might be some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The pizza was also very good and we had other appetizers as well. Not too expensive & the service was good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I went to Paisans to celebrate my birthday! Loved the pizza and wings! The restaurant looked super nice and clean. Our waiter was ok. I would go there again!
